Owner
I am cheerful, calm and get to the point quickly. My clients appreciate that I challenge them in a persistent but sincere way. My practice is based on my own experience in working and managing in the corporate world as well as on coaching hundreds of leaders and managers and working with thousands of employees in training programs.
Of my more than 20 years of professional experience, I spent more than a decade in multinational financial corporations, leading international teams and projects. Working as a Business Manager in the US in the midst of the financial crisis, I had to organize the downsizing of my business sector, which brought me close to burnout. This experience led me to study the links between health and performance, leadership and resilience.
Since 2012 I am working with executives and their teams from a wide range of industries to foster their individual and team’s resilience. As a coach I help managers and executives on all levels to develop resilient leadership skills and inner strength. I support individuals affected by burnout to turn around on their path to exhaustion or to recover from it. I am member of the Swiss Expert Network on Burnout as well as lecturer in resilience at the Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Zurich and the Liechtenstein Academy.
I live with my wife and our Golden Retriever in Schlieren and am a Swiss-German dual citizen. I am an enthusiastic mountaineer and tour guide for the Swiss Alpine Club – the alps are both a passion and source of energy for me.
